These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MedDraftPro website at meddraftpro.com and all tools, calculators, content and services provided through it (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

MedDraftPro is a free AI-assisted medical documentation and clinical calculator platform designed for healthcare professionals and medical students. The Service is operated by Dr. S. Biswas, MBBS.

2. Permitted Use

You may use MedDraftPro for the following purposes:

• Clinical documentation assistance and drafting
• Medical education, training and professional development
• Clinical calculations using our formula-based calculators
• Generating reference materials for learning purposes

All AI-generated outputs are drafts only and must be reviewed, verified and approved by a qualified, registered healthcare professional before any clinical use.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Enter real, identifiable patient information into any MedDraftPro tool
• Rely solely on AI-generated outputs for clinical decision-making without independent professional review
• Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute the tools or their underlying code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as having been independently written or clinically validated without review

MedDraftPro is a documentation assistance tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The AI-generated content, calculator outputs and clinical information provided through this Service are for educational and documentation support purposes only and are not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.

5. AI-Generated Content

MedDraftPro uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate outputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce errors, omissions or outdated information. Users are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content against current clinical guidelines, BNF, local formularies and specialist advice before clinical use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, clinical appropriateness or suitability of any AI-generated output for any specific patient or situation.

6. Calculator Accuracy

Our medical calculators use published, peer-reviewed formulas (e.g. Cockcroft-Gault, Mosteller, Naegele, Holliday-Segar). While we make every effort to implement these accurately, you must always verify calculator results against established clinical references before making prescribing or management decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, tools and branding on MedDraftPro are the intellectual property of MedDraftPro and Dr. S. Biswas unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Clinical guidelines and formulas referenced on this site remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers (NICE, ESC, WHO, etc.) and are cited for educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedDraftPro, its founder and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content or calculator outputs.

Users assume full responsibility for the clinical use of any outputs generated through MedDraftPro.

Your use of MedDraftPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at meddraftpro.com/terms with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
