2. AI-Generated Content Requires Review

All content generated by MedDraftPro’s AI tools — including discharge summaries, SOAP notes, prescriptions, drug interaction checks, referral letters and clinical summaries — is produced by artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude AI) and must be reviewed, verified and approved by a qualified healthcare professional before any clinical use.

AI models can and do produce errors, omissions, hallucinations and outdated information. MedDraftPro outputs should be treated as a first draft, not a finished clinical document.

3. Calculator Outputs

MedDraftPro’s medical calculators use published, peer-reviewed clinical formulas and scoring systems. While we make every effort to implement these accurately, calculator results must always be verified against current clinical references before making prescribing, dosing or management decisions.

4. No Patient Data

While calculator inputs are processed entirely within your browser and never transmitted to our servers, AI tool inputs are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. We do not store any data, but users should exercise appropriate information governance at all times.
